Will my statement be issued the same day every month?
Generally we’ll send your statement around the same time every month – although it may not always be on the exact same day. Your bill is due two weeks from the date your statement is issued.
If your statement is a little later than expected, it’s likely just because we’ve had a delay getting your meter reading. Just give us a few days and your statement should be along.
