Why did I get a disconnection notice?
If you’ve received a disconnection notice, it’s because we’ve tried to contact you regarding your outstanding balance and a payment is needed to avoid having your electricity turned off.
If you have been disconnected, an automatic reconnection will be sent after you make a full payment on the account via your portal or your app. Or give us a call if you cannot make a full payment and we can setup a payment plan to help get you re-connected.
