When will I get my deposit back?
Yes, if you don’t have any outstanding energy charges you will get it back.
After your first year with us, your deposit will be added to your account balance. If you move to another retailer, you will receive a final bill. If there is a positive balance remaining, we’ll return this to you via the payment method associated on your account. If there is a balance owing we’ll request the payment from you. The fastest way to make payments and receive refunds is to have a direct debit set up on your account.
If you cancel your plan before your contract’s end date, we’ll use your deposit to pay any final charges and your early termination fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
