I’m trying to enroll my Nest thermostat but it’s saying that I’m already enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards

You will need to reach out to Nest directly to ask them to unenroll you from any Rush Hour Rewards programs you may have been previously participating in.

This forum post can help walk you through what to do. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to unenroll you from another program.
