I'm moving to a new home, can I transfer my contract?

We can honor your contract rate if you’re moving within the same TDSP and we service that area. 

If you are moving to a different TDSP, we can offer you a new contract but at the rate available at the time. 

Email heretohelp@octopusenergy.com to let us know you’re moving, and we’ll let you know if you can bring your current plan with you when you move.
