Any time there is a difference between the estimated TDSP charges billed and the actual TDSP invoice charge we receive from the TDSP, you will have a charge adjustment on your bill. The TDSP estimates your charges but at anytime there's a difference in the estimation and actual charges, you will have a TDSP adjustment. The adjustment can be a credit or charge.
