Intelligent Octopus: How does it work?
Intelligent Octopus is an integrated smart feature in our 12-month product. Intelligent Octopus works in the background so you won't notice many changes in temperature. When the Texas grid is stressed there will be slight adjustments to your thermostat for a short period of time.

Connecting your thermostat with Intelligent Octopus
To enroll your thermostat in Intelligent Octopus first you must become a customer. If you are already a customer then connecting your thermostat is simple. First, download the Octopus Energy app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once signed in, scroll down to ‘Explore our Lab’ and follow the instructions from there then you’re all set!
