There’s a power outage, what do I do?

If you’re experiencing a power outage, you will want to contact your TDSP (utility provider) as soon as possible to report it. Head to our outage information page to find their contact info.

If you’re experiencing an outage due to a disconnection, you’ll need to make a payment as soon as possible via your portal or your Octopus Energy app. An automatic reconnection will be sent after payment has been received and your power will be restored by your TDSP within a few hours.
