If I’m enrolled in autopay, will the credit card fee apply?
It depends on how your autopay is set up. If your autopay uses a credit card, the 2% processing fee will be applied to those payments.
If you’d rather avoid the fee, you can switch your autopay to ACH (bank account) payments instead. It only takes a minute to update your payment method in your Octopus account through the web portal or app.
