Do you charge early termination fees?
If you enrolled into any of our Octo-12 plans during or after February 2025 you will have a $150 early termination fee. Any plan prior to February 2025 will have a $100 early termination fee.
If you’ve rolled over into one of our Month-to-Month plans there are no early termination fees. Please refer to your EFL for more information.
